Most people don’t notice it right away. You read Scripture the way you’ve always read it. A verse here, a chapter there. It makes sense on its own, so you move on. Nothing feels off. Nothing feels incomplete either.

But then something small catches your attention. A line you’ve read before, but this time it sits differently. You don’t rush past it. You stay with it a little longer than usual. And then another verse starts echoing it. From somewhere else. Different place, same weight.

That’s usually where it starts. Not with a big realization. Just a quiet shift.

You begin to see how often the Bible repeats certain ideas without saying them the same way twice. The same authority shows up in different places. The same voice, the same presence. It doesn’t feel scattered anymore. It feels connected.

And then the question comes, almost on its own.

If God is one, why does everything keep pointing back to Christ in this way?

You don’t answer it immediately. You sit with it. Because once you do answer it honestly, things don’t stay the same. It’s not dramatic. It’s not overwhelming. It’s just… clear.

And clarity has a way of staying with you longer than anything else.
